Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial Devices EDAS-2004M-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kuka products, including obsoleted and phased-out Innerspec-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ingersoll product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kuka such as the KR180KR200KRC2ED05 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 291F0003 manufactured by Innerspec-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Innerspec-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 99387847I54 by Manufacturer Ingersoll as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Newport Brand INFCAC1010V5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Itc such as RC6 equipment made by Itc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Itc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Itc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EDAS2008M1 made by Intelligent-Instrumentation as well as the popular STD4060 original spares produced by Interim

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 93888832 by Inkontrol-Signal and RC6 spares by Itc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IRELEQNA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Intek.
