Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial Drive sbd2-06-2101-2041d2/160-06 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Innomatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Instron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Inovec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Innomatic such as the 6345B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A54317 manufactured by Instron and we are pleased to be able to service most Instron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCVEXP by Manufacturer Inovec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ingersoll Brand 93947851 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Industrial-Vision-Source such as MO17LCD equipment made by Industrial-Vision-Source have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 99387847R50 made by Ingersoll as well as the popular 99387847R54 original spares produced by Ingersoll

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 170 by Ingold and MO17LCD spares by Industrial-Vision-Source are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
