Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ironton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jamesbury parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Johnson-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ironton such as the 2108T052 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VPVL100 manufactured by Jamesbury and we are pleased to be able to service most Jamesbury systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D31531 by Manufacturer Johnson-Controls as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Interface Brand IBX4103 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ivs such as E6621245 equipment made by Ivs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ivs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ivs" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available WMC made by Interface as well as the popular XHGR15SB21500A original spares produced by Initeq
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NUDCM1010 by Johnson-Controls and E6621245 spares by Ivs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
