We service and repair Intellisys IQ+ and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Intellisys IQ+ include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the IQ+ if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our IQ+ repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ircon products, including obsoleted and phased-out International-Power parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Intermec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ircon such as the R25F05000000200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IF488 manufactured by International-Power and we are pleased to be able to service most International-Power systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 52873 by Manufacturer Intermec as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Invensys Brand 3000603100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ishida such as P5295A equipment made by Ishida have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ishida products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ishida" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S556B by Iris and P5295A spares by Ishida are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
