Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Iris M2120-12JS-ISPA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Iron-Man products, including obsoleted and phased-out Itt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Itt product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Iron-Man such as the DTMQ818 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 503003008005 manufactured by Itt and we are pleased to be able to service most Itt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MTE3509212DF by Manufacturer Itt as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Japan-Servo Brand URM6P4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Jamesbury such as ST2400 equipment made by Jamesbury have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jamesbury products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jamesbury" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 12621LWB made by Issc as well as the popular SVNK013S070M22 original spares produced by Ixys

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CUZS500B602 by Intersan and ST2400 spares by Jamesbury are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6183M119300009 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jaeger-Industrial.
