Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Japan Servo KP56LM2-097 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Japax products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johnson-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Jordan-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Japax such as the PT3195BCPU02B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NUNCM4010NUNCM4010 manufactured by Johnson-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Johnson-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM1530A5440065SFME0M221PST0 by Manufacturer Jordan-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Jay Brand RSRB04000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Jed-Micro such as STD9804 equipment made by Jed-Micro have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available NFC305A made by Jrc as well as the popular ASVAV1401 original spares produced by Johnson-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 37103780000 by York and STD9804 spares by Jed-Micro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
