Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Japan Servo KP56LM2-097 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jokab-Safety products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johnson-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Metasys product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jokab-Safety such as the RT6115VAC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASVAV1111 manufactured by Johnson-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Johnson-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSIOM37110 by Manufacturer Metasys as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Jordan-Controls Brand PF1210E3620 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dayton such as 086704441 equipment made by Dayton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dayton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dayton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NC128MFPSB3 made by Jokab-Safety as well as the popular C00431 original spares produced by John-Crane

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T13U034TB1621 by Joslyn-Clark and 086704441 spares by Dayton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
