Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Japan Servo SCN5-010-050-AS03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dynisco-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rockwell-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dynapar product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynisco-Instruments such as the DST10110M618 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E240271REV01 manufactured by Rockwell-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Rockwell-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 960BT000 by Manufacturer Dynapar as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dynaquip Brand AP52SR4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynapar such as EX6251024054 equipment made by Dynapar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynapar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynapar" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available G8319992CK38 made by Dynisco-Instruments as well as the popular 4201078C original spares produced by Dynapath

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 158154 by Dynamatic and EX6251024054 spares by Dynapar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 25F021B0350 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynamics-Research.
