Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Jenaer 23S21-0560-803J7-AA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jordan-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johnson-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Johnson-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jordan-Controls such as the SM1160N731002334E002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSMIG31200 manufactured by Johnson-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Johnson-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TEC206C2 by Manufacturer Johnson-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Jensen Brand CT1031 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by York such as 36418241000 equipment made by York have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available SRM48Q2000101615111 made by Jumo as well as the popular T5312800 original spares produced by Johnson-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 104E17 by Jumo and 36418241000 spares by York are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 180DHA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jones.
