Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L717 manufactured by Magnetek and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SA3008A by Manufacturer Numation as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lovejoy Brand 6010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rexroth such as 5230030160 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FBLD20A made by Oriental as well as the popular MSDA103A1A original spares produced by Panasonic
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CV500PS221 by Omron and 5230030160 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
