Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Johnson Controls / Beijer 3850-005 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kawasaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kdt-System-Co.-Ltd product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the CADRW10X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 509991809R30 manufactured by Kawasaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawasaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CMXT10CAA by Manufacturer Kdt-System-Co.-Ltd as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Joyce-Dayton Brand 8640803 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kawasaki such as 509991859R21 equipment made by Kawasaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kawasaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kawasaki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 502101036 made by Kawasaki as well as the popular A4300018V10 original spares produced by Kajaani

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LA2410 by Jordan and 509991859R21 spares by Kawasaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 506071048R03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kawasaki.
