Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Joslyn Clark A77-452943A-0001 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jvl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kawasaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dayton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jvl such as the MIS231A1M2H275 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 509791328L15 manufactured by Kawasaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawasaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8970295 by Manufacturer Dayton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kawasaki Brand 508171283R00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kammann such as 498990621519 equipment made by Kammann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kammann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kammann" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TP16892 made by Jtekt as well as the popular 8790238 original spares produced by Dayton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TM6424G2 by Kawasaki and 498990621519 spares by Kammann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original L239890000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kato-Engineering.
