Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Jwis Iwis P83V 1/ 2X 3/16 5M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Koyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Martin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Link-Belt product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Koyo such as the NU308C3FY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 100E21H manufactured by Martin and we are pleased to be able to service most Martin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 22220LB by Manufacturer Link-Belt as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Link-Belt Brand 111514DB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lucas-Western such as 400134 equipment made by Lucas-Western have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lucas-Western products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lucas-Western" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7FFHUB made by Kop-Flex as well as the popular SD8371 original spares produced by Mj-Tooling

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 160B21 by Martin and 400134 spares by Lucas-Western are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original W818011200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson.
