Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the K-tek TX/A1/S6/0750/1.8/1/HO/FMX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Switch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ltn product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the SLSS96M1080T224 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FEMLS5EB manufactured by Micro-Switch and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Switch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RE151A15 by Manufacturer Ltn as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mj-Tooling Brand SD5329 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Metraplex such as 442PC equipment made by Metraplex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metraplex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metraplex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QX2VB02SDM made by Metso-Automation-Stonel-Corp as well as the popular ER55450 original spares produced by Leuze

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC1024ZLWFT160 by Kuroda and 442PC spares by Metraplex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 31245K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lebow.
