Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kanto Seiki KTC-3B4-K parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kawaguchi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kaydon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keba such as the HT511231ENGEL5799100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OPK manufactured by Kawaguchi and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawaguchi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MTO065T by Manufacturer Kaydon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kawasaki Brand 503251006 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kawasaki such as 509991484R1C equipment made by Kawasaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kawasaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kawasaki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 15F4C1E3420 made by Keb as well as the popular 9EC32 original spares produced by Kawasaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 120604 by Kearney and 509991484R1C spares by Kawasaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1056200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keb.
