Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kawaguchi ERC-Z20-2V-96A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kawasaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Keb product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keb such as the 10F5A1D3ADA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 509991384 manufactured by Kawasaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawasaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10F4CID4M00 by Manufacturer Keb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Keb Brand B3SM0006400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kensington-Lab such as GMR2340152601100 equipment made by Kensington-Lab have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kensington-Lab products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kensington-Lab" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 10F4S1D5A10 made by Keb as well as the popular LKG402 original spares produced by Keyence

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GLR60HT by Keyence and GMR2340152601100 spares by Kensington-Lab are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 12F0R11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keb.
