Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kb Electronics KBRG-213D 8826 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Keyence product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keba such as the PS242EPS24V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 11F0R113429SO manufactured by Keb and we are pleased to be able to service most Keb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DH214R by Manufacturer Keyence as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kebco Brand 07F4S0CBM00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keb such as 2AF52300019 equipment made by Keb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ARTNOD2S4E2E5000 made by Kebco as well as the popular 01002401E original spares produced by Kevex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PT9000PT9500DS by Kele and 2AF52300019 spares by Keb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
