Kep Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Kep ZOID and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Kep ZOID include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ZOID if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ZOID repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kepco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Keyence product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the IVHG150MA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PU103U manufactured by Kepco and we are pleased to be able to service most Kepco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LKH022 by Manufacturer Keyence as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Keyence Brand AIB160 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as BDS4P203H92052047 equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SRF3643 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular SenDAQ original spares produced by Kongsberg-Maritime
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 790701 by Keystone and BDS4P203H92052047 spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
