Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Keyence EX-V05 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Philips-Dynalite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Potter product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the G3PE545B3NDC1224 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DRC810DT manufactured by Philips-Dynalite and we are pleased to be able to service most Philips-Dynalite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CDC3930023 by Manufacturer Potter as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nk Brand APT4805A120420 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reis such as IRT1405 equipment made by Reis have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available KR2025AX made by Kyotto as well as the popular 101190684 original spares produced by Schmersal

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 129324001 by Lucas-Ledex and IRT1405 spares by Reis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
