Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Keyence GT-A22 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lebow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Liebert parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Leuze product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lebow such as the 1104100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10282888 manufactured by Liebert and we are pleased to be able to service most Liebert systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IVBR4531503S8 by Manufacturer Leuze as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Keyence Brand UM100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Leuze such as BRK7364180 equipment made by Leuze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leuze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leuze" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LB043150615 made by Keyence as well as the popular PJS12 original spares produced by Keyence

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LK2503 by Keyence and BRK7364180 spares by Leuze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PIG01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
