Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Keyence PJ-V90 PJ-V22 PJ-V21 PJ-V20 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kleinknecht products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kistler product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kleinknecht such as the HE21232HE101560A4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PRF51C3PLPRF51C3PL manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9041A by Manufacturer Kistler as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Klockner Brand EBE29513SBI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kistler such as 8742A5 equipment made by Kistler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kistler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kistler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PS3 made by Klockner as well as the popular MODEL12 original spares produced by Kinetrol

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the U2510 by Kingshill and 8742A5 spares by Kistler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N663CNA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moeller.
