Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Keyence PZ-M61P parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Leuze product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the RK934150 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM80N0100BV2 manufactured by Ls and we are pleased to be able to service most Ls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CR501050MBH5 by Manufacturer Leuze as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Magnetrol Brand 0828303410 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Marconi such as 27125 equipment made by Marconi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marconi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marconi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 007801502000 made by Kulicke-And-Soffa as well as the popular FU96 original spares produced by Keyence

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MEK57SA01AMG by Mekontrol and 27125 spares by Marconi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TA340 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
