Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kinetrol 129-104M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kohler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Laetus parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Klockner product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kohler such as the KCTACVA0104S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LUMAT manufactured by Laetus and we are pleased to be able to service most Laetus systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS416POW400 by Manufacturer Klockner as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kontron Brand T9005A2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Klockner such as EBE equipment made by Klockner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Klockner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Klockner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KST1288MPK8ZB made by Kyocera as well as the popular KAI original spares produced by Kodak

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E93DA552I4B531XXVK05 by Kuka and EBE spares by Klockner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XTV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kuroda.
