Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Knf PML5000-NFB-30PML5000 NFB 30 PML5000-NFB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Komatsu product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the B406BA4B3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H344H0802 manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6110960 by Manufacturer Komatsu as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kollmorgen Brand AKM32DANCNDB00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kobelco such as PB3510206 equipment made by Kobelco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kobelco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kobelco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S62000 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular AKM44JACCNDA00 original spares produced by Kollmorgen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B606BA3 by Kollmorgen and PB3510206 spares by Kobelco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C96177 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen.
