Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Koganei F10T0-CPL3 F10T1-CPL3 F10T2-CPL3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Komatsu products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kora-Packmat product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Komatsu such as the L405200J spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B1C4A92004 manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FW509 by Manufacturer Kora-Packmat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kollmorgen Brand B406BA4B3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kongsberg such as 603201 equipment made by Kongsberg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kongsberg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kongsberg" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PRD0C16600015 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular PRD0039400A original spares produced by Kollmorgen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QC1001890BDS5A10600010405A2030 by Kollmorgen and 603201 spares by Kongsberg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 19612755 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kop-flex.
