Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kollmorgen AKM52K-ANG2R-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Krom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kone product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the MT306B1E1C1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PFF618 manufactured by Krom and we are pleased to be able to service most Krom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KM987080G01 by Manufacturer Kone as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Krauss-Maffei Brand 035B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Krones such as 0900030946 equipment made by Krones have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Krones products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Krones" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 10549092 made by Kontron as well as the popular BDS4A210J0001 original spares produced by Kollmorgen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SBPRI2513000 by Kollmorgen and 0900030946 spares by Krones are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original V3F16LKM769900G14 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kone.
