Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Koyo D3-PWU parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kuka products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kuka parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ac-Servo-Motor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kuka such as the 00130181 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1FK71035AF811YY3ZS17 manufactured by Kuka and we are pleased to be able to service most Kuka systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KK67YYYYY016 by Manufacturer Ac-Servo-Motor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Koyo Brand R10T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kuhnke such as 86850040012 equipment made by Kuhnke have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kuhnke products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kuhnke" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 00122284 made by Kuka as well as the popular XT190300SG original spares produced by Kulite

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XTM1901500SG by Kulite and 86850040012 spares by Kuhnke are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original L432349 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Timken.
