Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Krohne 5080/D/HART/6 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lenord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lam parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lenord product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lenord such as the 2443KM1G3K150E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B2B11042238 manufactured by Lam and we are pleased to be able to service most Lam systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 260VN000500A003 by Manufacturer Lenord as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Omron Brand ZSDSU11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Namco such as EE23011325 equipment made by Namco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Namco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Namco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F39JA3C made by Omron as well as the popular 621100001386 original spares produced by Noshok

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VLS512PY350B by Nsd and EE23011325 spares by Namco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F3SJA0245P14 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
