Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kulicke & Soffa Kulicke And Soffa 00780-1511-000 X Motor parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kyodo-Denki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kvaser parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Leadshine product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kyodo-Denki such as the MITH16PT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 73301300008277330130000827PCIcanHSPCIcan manufactured by Kvaser and we are pleased to be able to service most Kvaser systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ACC0640A by Manufacturer Leadshine as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lambda Brand LNSX12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lake-Shore such as DRC93C equipment made by Lake-Shore have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lake-Shore products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lake-Shore" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MKS102V5 made by Laipple-Keb as well as the popular M8710010700 original spares produced by Extron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KST1688MPK6ZB2 by Kyocera and DRC93C spares by Lake-Shore are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original STV16TZ169 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kuroda.
