Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kunkle QC1005365-6021JH01-AM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kyowa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lam-Research parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kyocera product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kyowa such as the LU2TE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 81013872108 manufactured by Lam-Research and we are pleased to be able to service most Lam-Research systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KCS6448JSTTX60726 by Manufacturer Kyocera as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kyowa Brand WGA670B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lancer such as CML24CHC12 equipment made by Lancer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lancer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lancer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CH8335 made by Lapp as well as the popular 0321C original spares produced by Larco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SG4620B640HD0CCNZ by Kuroda and CML24CHC12 spares by Lancer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SE5003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lambda.
