Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leadshine SMC6490-ZLF parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Leeson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the 1137030C6T17FZ30A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LEESONELECTRIC17430800H21SPEEDMASTER manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C4D34DJ28 by Manufacturer Leeson as well.

Spare units by Leeds--Northrup such as 160173031O0000100 equipment made by Leeds--Northrup have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
