Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leeds & Northrup 6011-4-21-1-0-30-100-206 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eltra products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eliwell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Elmo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eltra such as the EH63A1B20S12P8X6MR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SMC5500050407 manufactured by Eliwell and we are pleased to be able to service most Eliwell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VIO3100 by Manufacturer Elmo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Emacs Brand MPN16300F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fisher-Rosemount such as 3051S2CD2A2E12A2AB4 equipment made by Fisher-Rosemount have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available A7G715000 made by Emco as well as the popular 29908000R original spares produced by Emerson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 24504012 by Emerson and 3051S2CD2A2E12A2AB4 spares by Fisher-Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M321P70A1001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gettys.
