Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leeds & Northrup 63218 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lenze product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the C42D17FK6A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 630 manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MCA14L16RS0B0ST5F10NR0SU by Manufacturer Lenze as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Leeson Brand C4T17FH1D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Leeds--Northrup such as 46276 equipment made by Leeds--Northrup have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeds--Northrup products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeds--Northrup" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M21000 made by Leland as well as the popular 174623 original spares produced by Leeson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8101E4H12 by Lenze and 46276 spares by Leeds--Northrup are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 174430 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson.
