Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leine & Linde 515554-20 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leroy-Somer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lsis product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leroy-Somer such as the LS132MT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCS06F41SRMB0A11NST5S00NR0SU manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XP30 by Manufacturer Lsis as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lintech Brand SA8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lintech such as 200199 equipment made by Lintech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lintech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lintech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 07386770001002 made by Lingl as well as the popular MCS06F41SRMB0A11N original spares produced by Lenze

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8700170 by Louis-Allis and 200199 spares by Lintech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 46S23711141 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Louis-Allis.
