We service and repair Lemag SHAFTPOWER and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Lemag SHAFTPOWER include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SHAFTPOWER if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SHAFTPOWER repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lemag SHAFTPOWER parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:
Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lenze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lsis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Little-Giant product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lenze such as the ESV112N04TMCXX1C42 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XP30 manufactured by Lsis and we are pleased to be able to service most Lsis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TE7 by Manufacturer Little-Giant as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lubriquip Brand 527004110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Limitorque such as 2YAB47804A1 equipment made by Limitorque have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Limitorque products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Limitorque" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Dura made by Leybold as well as the popular HPHBM250TTSHK original spares produced by Lumark
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 109195594 by Lucent and 2YAB47804A1 spares by Limitorque are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 44000302 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Linak.
