Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leybold products, including obsoleted and phased-out Linear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Madison product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leybold such as the 235024 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 555x75 manufactured by Linear and we are pleased to be able to service most Linear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M50026905 by Manufacturer Madison as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lineax Brand 2020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Magnetek such as 2110081055 equipment made by Magnetek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnetek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnetek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 47411 made by Lintech as well as the popular T20 original spares produced by Magnatrol
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LWTL50 by Lw-Measurements and 2110081055 spares by Magnetek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
