Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Littelfuse Startco SE-134C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bystronic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Spectrum product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-bradley such as the 440LT4K0640YD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XYZ97 manufactured by Bystronic and we are pleased to be able to service most Bystronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SOI200AB120A16K485PP by Manufacturer Spectrum as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vartech Brand VT150P04P1CS03 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tele-Radio such as TGT911 equipment made by Tele-Radio have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tele-Radio products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tele-Radio" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SM10120 made by General-Electric as well as the popular YLKD040100 original spares produced by Metronic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SERISD by Allen-Bradley and TGT911 spares by Tele-Radio are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Y20775347 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
