Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Logical Devices CHIPMASTER-2000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Louis-Allis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ltx product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A06B0852B3900001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 46S013150010 manufactured by Louis-Allis and we are pleased to be able to service most Louis-Allis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PPSPMPC by Manufacturer Ltx as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Siemens Brand 63S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lp-Ansteuerung such as 4007700 equipment made by Lp-Ansteuerung have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lp-Ansteuerung products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lp-Ansteuerung" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CDA30008 made by Lti as well as the popular M63B4M63B4 original spares produced by Industrial-Tecnoelettrica

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5481348187 by Love-Controls and 4007700 spares by Lp-Ansteuerung are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
