Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Love Joy CJ 42A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Macome products, including obsoleted and phased-out Machine-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lucas product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Macome such as the SI167324 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 90651 manufactured by Machine-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Machine-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P30815WG by Manufacturer Lucas as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lust Brand FU2232RT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Parvex such as LS620EGR2300ZLS620EGR2300Z equipment made by Parvex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parvex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parvex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M170226G020 made by M--Engineering as well as the popular 22907X138 original spares produced by Love-Joy

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LTMR100PFM by Schneider and LS620EGR2300ZLS620EGR2300Z spares by Parvex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NR34S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bayside.
