Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Magentrol A15-2H2A-EKQ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Matsushita products, including obsoleted and phased-out Merlin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mettler product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Matsushita such as the ANL1451A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC6000 manufactured by Merlin and we are pleased to be able to service most Merlin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 130789R0C by Manufacturer Mettler as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Moore Brand 50DP3411EBBXB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Minebea-Nmb such as PRFS20MP equipment made by Minebea-Nmb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Minebea-Nmb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Minebea-Nmb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D85386 made by Mel as well as the popular ZWS15CDQS original spares produced by Microsonic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 240202 by Mettler and PRFS20MP spares by Minebea-Nmb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
