Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Metropolitan-Lighting products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mersen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Metropolitan-Lighting product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metropolitan-Lighting such as the N117613 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A051B2DAR024 manufactured by Mersen and we are pleased to be able to service most Mersen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N6268613 by Manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Marposs Brand 03PL1244007 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Menziken such as VK30 equipment made by Menziken have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Menziken products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Menziken" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PBLT2540 made by Mercoid as well as the popular ARS560 original spares produced by Metronix
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
