Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Measurex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Man-Bw parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mazak product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Measurex such as the 5328300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9807128 manufactured by Man-Bw and we are pleased to be able to service most Man-Bw systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 70UB00371 by Manufacturer Mazak as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Matheson Brand 8720423 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Memotec such as 30033018001 equipment made by Memotec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Memotec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Memotec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available N697127B made by Metropolitan-Lighting as well as the popular 7370101 original spares produced by Matrox
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HD1200X6FBMLP by Mead and 30033018001 spares by Memotec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
