Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yasakawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGMPH02B1E4SD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SH30553P11A2000 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMSV20A3A2101 by Manufacturer Yasakawa as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Yaskawa Brand SGMP02AW14B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as SJ185 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMP08AWYR12 by Yaskawa and SJ185 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
