Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mark 2 Automation EPC3000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Matsushita-Sunx products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metso parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Metropolitan-Lighting product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Matsushita-Sunx such as the LX101Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3000A34802 manufactured by Metso and we are pleased to be able to service most Metso systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N9168 by Manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 63039621347 by Matrox and 4500 spares by Mettler-Toldeo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
