Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Marposs TE 73340002 B-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Marposs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marposs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Marposs product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Marposs such as the 81696DE3AI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the U8301330181 manufactured by Marposs and we are pleased to be able to service most Marposs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6840010907 by Manufacturer Marposs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Marposs Brand 6840012606 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Matsusada such as B0510390 equipment made by Matsusada have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Matsusada products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Matsusada" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MA11286H made by Masstron as well as the popular 1952939 original spares produced by Maschinenfabrik-Gerd-Mosca

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E11414900A by Matrix and B0510390 spares by Matsusada are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TS4502N8035E200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Matsushita.
