Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Martek 180-21-1C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Martin products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mbc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mazak product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Martin such as the D120B32 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DASBPGA manufactured by Mbc and we are pleased to be able to service most Mbc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D65UB004262wHR371 by Manufacturer Mazak as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mattson-Technology Brand AspenIIIRobot in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mazak such as D70UB004630 equipment made by Mazak have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mazak products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mazak" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TS4513N8074E200 made by Matsushita as well as the popular EUY10E012L original spares produced by Matsushita

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4107N102E32 by Matsushita and D70UB004630 spares by Mazak are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSMZ021Q2G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Matsushita.
