Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Measurement Specialties GA-HD-GCD-121-050 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Moore products, including obsoleted and phased-out Namco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mts product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Moore such as the 888019 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EE53056400 manufactured by Namco and we are pleased to be able to service most Namco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HPN704727 by Manufacturer Mts as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Migatron-Corp Brand RPS150A40 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Modus such as RPM1 equipment made by Modus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modus" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CMF025M319NC made by Micro-Motion as well as the popular 52300110 original spares produced by Mettler

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NS110A35MP7221S25 by Minebea-Nmb and RPM1 spares by Modus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TEMPOSONICS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mts.
