Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Megatec 3516045 VME-RACK P3310-05121AC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Memocon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Meritor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Metafix product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Memocon such as the M302 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 401068N7 manufactured by Meritor and we are pleased to be able to service most Meritor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N4U14271255009 by Manufacturer Metafix as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mfj-Enterprises Brand MFJ87418525 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Melles-Griot such as 4056SA01 equipment made by Melles-Griot have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
