Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Merlin NFNL36060 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Minarik-Drives products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microguard parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micron-Infrared product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Minarik-Drives such as the MM23102D0163 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MG16180F120SC manufactured by Microguard and we are pleased to be able to service most Microguard systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MLN520 by Manufacturer Micron-Infrared as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Micro-Industries Brand 9500710001D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mirco-poise such as E344FA equipment made by Mirco-poise have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mirco-poise products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mirco-poise" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available N9200 made by Metropolitan-Lighting as well as the popular VM1 original spares produced by Miki-Pulley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H025S121NABAEZZZZ by Micro-Motion and E344FA spares by Mirco-poise are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
