Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Micro Industries 9700697-0001E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Millipore products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mikul parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mikab product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Millipore such as the LR3004110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 68095 manufactured by Mikul and we are pleased to be able to service most Mikul systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MikCAN by Manufacturer Mikab as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mikron Brand M90H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Microwave-Development such as 127501N equipment made by Microwave-Development have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microwave-Development products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microwave-Development" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MHPTLR33L made by Micro as well as the popular MMRG30U0571 original spares produced by Minarik

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MP20G20FT by Honeywell and 127501N spares by Microwave-Development are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TR5R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro.
