Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Micro Motion DS150 Z218SU parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nais products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microscan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Middex-Electronic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nais such as the ANR11511 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FIS08600003G manufactured by Microscan and we are pleased to be able to service most Microscan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WKR22120 by Manufacturer Middex-Electronic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mts Brand GHT0240UD602FE4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by National-Instruments such as 77768720 equipment made by National-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire National-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "National-Instruments" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EP57011400 made by Namco as well as the popular DS150Z141SB original spares produced by Micro-Motion

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LIT420MAB117AC by Moore and 77768720 spares by National-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RTD860N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Newport.
